The acme-challenge file upload did not work to verify one set of domains, and the DNS verification did not pick up the www versions of those domains.  Research turned up nothing, but with a bit of persistence and some luck, I was able to solve the problem.

SSLForFree has become hard to deal with, but Certbot isn't as difficult as I thought.

After the update to Slick Views version 8.2.3, the slide show in my website's banner had a lot of blank space between it and the rest of the content on the page.  I found the answer in the module's issue queue.

I was as upset as anyone about having to shift to Composer for Drupal 9, but I found a benefit.  Composer commands will run in a BASH shell script.

The teaser available in CKEditor is inflexible, and the font is way too small in the theme that I generally use, and other than trimmed text, the summary in Gutenberg is nonexistent.  This is how to fix the problem.

I almost gave up on importing sites from my demo account to my local account where I could do more testing and experimenting, but persistence paid off.

An update of the Metatag module broke my website.  There was a fix in the issue queue.

Path Auto requires an update before updating to release 8.8.  It's a good idea to update all modules before installing a new release.
